Key Responsibilities

As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to content/external teams in reputed company to use of content tools, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our toolset
• Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, empowering them to maximize their productivity and efficiency
• Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience
