Job reputed company We're seeking an reputed company First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an FNOL Representative, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These FNOL claims are used to report damage to our clients' property. Key Responsibilities * Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable * reputed company outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyze photos and map the correct location * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including talk time, not reputed company time, and service level * Participate in special reputed company and contribute to the reputed company and development of reputed company Tiered Support Bonus System We offer a tiered support bonus system that rewards our FNOL team members for their hard work and dedication. The bonus structure is based on total fees generated across CMR during the month, and bonuses are reputed company per pay period on the paycheck following the period in which they are reputed company. * Level 1: $105 * Level 2: $150 * Level 3: $205 FNOL Incentive Program Our FNOL Incentive Program offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to the CMR Tiered Support Bonus System.
