As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their meal orders are processed reputed company and accurately. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for candidates located in Utah or Idaho. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
- Inputting order information into the appropriate reputed company order screen
- Documenting reputed company conversations with clients into our reputed company information database
- Ensuring reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contacting case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Working quickly and reputed company without making the reputed company feel rushed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)

- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

This role requires:
- Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
