About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Monitoring Representative to join reputed company in a remote work opportunity. As a pivotal part of our reputed company purpose, you'll be responsible for monitoring and dispatching reputed company authorities for residential and small business alarms, as reputed company as contacting responsible parties. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming alarm calls and placing outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatching the reputed company authorities, and notifying responsible parties.

Requirements:
We're looking for someone with results they're proud of, including:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize multiple items at once
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay for this role is $17.50 per hour reputed company.
