As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them reputed company their goals. You'll work closely with our Center reputed company or Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be responsible for operating our reputed company-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. You'll also have reputed company to train and mentor new team members and contribute to the reputed company of our franchise locations.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with reputed company store services and products, including shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise reputed company
- Process customer sales through the reputed company-of-sale system and maintain accurate records
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and reputed company participate in marketing and promotional initiatives

- Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory

Requirements
* Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
- Ability to multitask and process multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management and organizational skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid reputed company's license required
- Proficient with reputed company Office applications, reputed company Suite, reputed company operating system, and other computer hardware and software
