As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support to content teams, creating reference materials and training programs, and solving reputed company issues with tools and workflows. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, including documentation and user guides
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, and escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team
- Work with production to reputed company issues in JIRA, and collaborate with the tools engineering team to resolve these issues reputed company

Skills and Abilities
