As an reputed company Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. This will include:
- Managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
- Processing reservations, coordinating housekeeping, and arranging amenities
- Working closely with our property owners to ensure their properties are reputed company-maintained and guest-reputed company
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and improve our operations
Key Responsibilities
* Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries in a reputed company and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner + Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests
