We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our DTOA team as a Performance Analyst. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in providing analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company, manage, and analyze data to inform business reputed company, drive reputed company, and improve guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Analytics and Forecasting: Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Measurement and Analytics: reputed company multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to analyze data and build/preserve reports
- Data Storytelling: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
- Communication: Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Process Management: Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to manage various programs
- Project Execution: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: In a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
- 2+ Years of Experience: In an analytical role, with a reputed company on data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret reputed company data
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
