Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the face of arenaflex to our customer reputed company, providing superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, reputed company, efficient, and productive manner.
• Responding to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from arenaflex's subscribers and key accounts, as reputed company as internal departments, by taking full ownership of problems until fully resolved to customer satisfaction.
• Conducting administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required to support the full complement of arenaflex's service offerings.
• Providing first-line troubleshooting expertise to arenaflex's customers regarding arenaflex's equipment.

Additional Responsibilities (Monitoring sites)

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Education/Experience: A High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in Customer Service.
• Other: Texas licensure is required for certain sites. You'll also need demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling. Excellent telephone etiquette, a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, and knowledge of reputed company applications, particularly reputed company Word, are essential. Ability to navigate through a reputed company of computer applications, work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment, and possess good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong team player mentality are also required.

Preferred Qualifications
