As an reputed company Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, making outbound calls to promote mortgage campaigns and products, and working with various campaigns to upsell and cross-sell services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a reputed company and courteous manner

• reputed company outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, with a daily call volume of up to 50-100 calls
• Work on various campaigns, including partnerships with 3rd party companies such as insurance companies, home warranties, reputed company systems, and more

• Collaborate with sales teams to promote mortgage campaigns and products to existing borrowers

Additional Skills & Qualifications
