What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Sales & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing an elevated, modern luxury experience to our customers through incoming calls, emails, chats, and SMS. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to incoming contacts in a reputed company and efficient manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail and/or contact center environment
* Luxury retail experience is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company navigation and MS Office
