We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company representative and image of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to reputed company top-reputed company customer service experience. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems to meet contract service reputed company
• Providing top-reputed company customer service experience to a diverse customer population, responding to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Scheduling trips in the most cost-effective manner, meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals
• Recognizing, handling, and referring situations of an emergent nature, responding to and documenting customer complaints
• Providing support on special reputed company as needed, and potentially taking on reputed company reputed company role to support the Supervisor and team reputed company needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High speed Internet reputed company such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps)

Salary and Benefits
