Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Utilizing our proprietary software, CT Soft phone, to manage incoming calls and interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Call center experience:
A plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills:
Verbal and written communication skills are essential for reputed company in this role
Basic computer knowledge:
Familiarity with computer applications and software is necessary
