Location: Americus, GA (Fully Remote)

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for completing inbound/outbound clinical trial recruitment screenings, patient scheduling, and support services for clinical studies. Providing outstanding customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and other stakeholders is our top reputed company. Through phone, email, and chat interactions, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a reputed company experience for every interaction.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule

This is a full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position. Availability is needed between the hours of 12 PM - 10 PM EST; Days include Friday, Saturday, reputed company, and Monday with the 5th day being flexible. Overtime is limited and generally not permitted.
