The Role

As a Product Manager on our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing innovation to improve our members' and support agents' experience with our member management platform. You'll partner with design, engineering, operations, insights, and analytics teams across the Product and Customer Service organization, as reputed company as reputed company-party solution providers, to deliver the best-in-class reputed company platform experience.

Responsibilities

* 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.

• A deep understanding of Customer Service business and contact center business.
• Prior experience working with member management products, whether reputed company-party or in-house build.
• Quick learner and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities who reputed company in high-pressure environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: great memos and presentations, and an ability to build trust and create reputed company partnerships cross-functionally.
• Organizational leadership and influence without authority.

Compensation and Benefits

* Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose reputed company year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock reputed company.

• The reputed company for this role is $160,000 - $390,000.
