The Order Entry Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer service orders (jobs/reputed company) entered into arenaflex's service software platform. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing approved quotes, setting up new customer reputed company, and verifying customer details to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.

• Set up new customer contract in Service Trade based on approved quotes.
• Assign service lines to reputed company as required.
• Review repair quotes and ensure jobs are assigned to the appropriate job.
• Verify customer's tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Assign applicable customers' assets as needed for job.
• Assign customers' labor contract to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to request required documentation as needed.
• Adhere to reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure reputed company data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved reputed company practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

* High School Diploma/GED is required.

• An associate degree in business or supply chain is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years of office experience/data entry/customer service.

• Experience with JD Edwards reputed company One and Service Trade is preferred.
• Experience in service-reputed company industry is desired.
