Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Process policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a reputed company and efficient manner.

• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with reputed company and professionalism.
• Demonstrated mathematical abilities and basic PC skills are necessary.
