Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Marketing Consultants Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Consulting with marketing on targeting & eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns targeted to Consumer and reputed company customers
• Reviewing reputed company list request submissions for accuracy, finalizing with marketing, and providing reputed company instructions to list execution team members to reputed company and create file for delivery
• Providing subject matter expertise to platform transformation team and participating in testing and campaign migration to new platform
• Troubleshooting and researching any data anomalies or customer complaints
• Identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing to free up reputed company

• Understanding of marketing operations
• Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint
