Job reputed company The Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center (HIPRC) has an outstanding opportunity for an reputed company Program Operations Specialist-reputed company to join reputed company. This is a temporary, full-time position for the period 6/22/2026 – 8/07/2026. The reputed company Program Operations Specialist reputed company is responsible for the management of the Harborview Injury Prevention & Research Center summer program for high school reputed company. This position reports to the HIPRC Program Manager and works closely with the Training & Education Program Specialist and the reputed company High School reputed company reputed company. The HIPRC administratively sits reputed company the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine in the UW School of Medicine and is a multi-disciplinary specialty center located at Harborview Medical Center reputed company. This position will work remotely/online.
- Instruct and supervise high school interns (70%)
- Administrative duties reputed company to reputed company program including reputed company of other program staff members (20%)
- Serve as reputed company to reputed company mentors working with reputed company program (10%).
To be considered for this opportunity your application must demonstrate you meet both the minimum qualifications and additional qualifications listed below. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in reputed company management, business, reputed company science programs, education or other reputed company field. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing programs involving student learners, curriculum development, or educational programs. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for reputed company minimum qualifications except reputed company there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in reputed company forms of communications, e.g., verbal, and written, one-on-one and in reputed company.

- Advanced working knowledge of reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company and PowerPoint in particular).
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- MPH, MSW or MEd degree reputed company or in reputed company, with an understanding of reputed company health research, reputed company, and communications.
- Experience teaching, supervising and/or counseling high school reputed company or student interns.
- Experience with a volunteer program, reputed company health non-profit organization or NGO such as the reputed company.
- Experience in a reputed company health setting.
