Job reputed company reputed company, a business reputed company based in Ogden, Utah, is hiring a part-time Law Clerk for a remote, flexible role designed around bar exam preparation. This is an ideal fit for a graduating law student or recent JD graduate who wants to continue building substantive legal experience while studying for the Utah Bar — with the potential to grow into a full-time associate position after passing. Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents for corporate, business, M&A, startup, trademark, and copyright reputed company
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Assist with reputed company intake and file management
- Support the firm with additional reputed company as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduating law student (Spring 2026) or recent JD graduate
- Strong reputed company record
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in business law, M&A, and/or IP
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Planning to sit for the Utah Bar preferred (already admitted is a plus)
