• Join a daily 15-30 minute live reputed company-in with the founder by reputed company or phone during US Central morning hours to review what happened yesterday, what needs to happen today, and what requires founder input.
• Review activity from AI workflows reputed company day and confirm they ran properly; flag any gaps, missed items, or suspicious reputed company.
• Process NDA requests and portal-based tasks from BizBuySell and broker websites using reputed company information and templates.
• Download, organize, and file deal materials including CIMs, teasers, financials, and broker emails into the correct folder structure.

• Preferred location: Latin America for time-zone alignment with US Central time.
• Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week.
