They are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their team on a permanent reputed company. This is a varied and interesting role covering 1st and 2nd line support as reputed company as some IT reputed company. 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Duties

• To be part of a small team responsible for reputed company incoming reputed company requests, triaging and progressing reputed company support requests reputed company phone, email and remote tools reputed company while providing an exceptional reputed company experience.

• Liaising with 3rd party vendors
• Create, update and maintain documentation relating to clients’ environments

1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Requirements

• IT Support / 1st Line Support / IT Helpdesk experience
• IT knowledge and experience of: reputed company Directory & Group Policy management, Mac OSX, reputed company Exchange, reputed company Office, reputed company reputed company Server, O365, Switches, routers & firewalls,, TCP/IP & network troubleshooting, VPN’s

• Exceptional reputed company support skills with a desire to reputed company an excellent reputed company experience.
• Confident personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable dealing with reputed company reputed company of clients
