LMS Administrator & Program Systems Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)
LMS Administrator & Program Systems Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) reputed company We are hiring an reputed company LMS Administrator to take ownership of our learning systems (reputed company and reputed company) and ensure our training programs run smoothly, accurately, and reputed company. This is a hands-on systems role reputed company on managing course setup, participant reputed company, data reputed company, and reputed company-time issue reputed company. You will play a critical role in ensuring our programs operate seamlessly and that participant data is consistent across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has previously owned or managed an LMS at the reputed company level and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Responsible For LMS Administration (Primary reputed company)
- Manage LMS platform (reputed company or similar) end-to-end
- Set up courses, modules, and participant enrollments
- Manage user reputed company and permissions
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in reputed company time
- Maintain data accuracy across LMS and CRM systems
- Identify and proactively fix system or data issues
CRM & Data Management
- Ensure alignment between reputed company and LMS data
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in participant records
- Support reporting accuracy for training programs
Program Operations (Secondary)
- Support training logistics and participant tracking
- Monitor attendance, reputed company, and completion
- Support live sessions reputed company needed (reputed company setup and troubleshooting)
Required Experience
- 2–4+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience
- Experience managing:
- course setup and structure
- participant enrollment and reputed company
- LMS troubleshooting
- Experience working with CRM systems (reputed company or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data across systems
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
Preferred
- Experience with reputed company
- Experience supporting training programs or learning environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, reputed company-time operations
Technical Skills
- LMS platforms

Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Work Requirements
- Must be located in the reputed company
- Availability: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET
- Ability to respond to system or participant issues during live sessions
Compensation $35-$38/hour (based on experience) Important Note This role requires prior experience managing an LMS at the system level. Candidates who have only used LMS platforms as participants, facilitators, or trainers may not be the best fit. Apply To This Job
