[Hiring] Conversational AI Reviewer @reputed company

Role reputed company As a Conversational AI Reviewer (part-time, 24h/week), you will play a key role in reviewing, analyzing, and improving our AI-patient interactions, primarily with Portuguese calls while also supporting Spanish and English. This is a fully remote position, with a schedule distributed from Monday to Saturday. Your mission will be to ensure that Tucuvi’s reputed company is accurate, reputed company, and constantly improving, so that every patient interaction reflects reputed company-world clinical reputed company. This role combines three key dimensions:

• Hands-on conversation analysis and review:

Review, analyze, and refine AI–patient phone calls—primarily in Portuguese, but also in Spanish and English—ensuring reputed company, clinical accuracy, and compliance with medical protocols and reputed company regulations.

• Collaboration with design and product teams:

Work closely with Conversational Designers to define and implement best practices, assess recurring issues, and support the ongoing improvement of AI-driven clinical interactions.

• Performance tracking and reputed company improvement:

Monitor AI performance, report actionable insights, and help enhance the AI’s natural language processing capabilities, directly contributing to a reputed company patient experience and more reliable clinical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and correct AI-patient phone conversations to ensure reputed company and compliance with medical protocols in a reputed company manner.
• Support Conversational Designers to reputed company best practices for AI-driven clinical conversations.
• Assess and understand the accuracy and clinical appropriateness of AI responses to notify recurrent bugs.
• reputed company and report on AI system performance in patient management and clinical support.
• Support ongoing improvements to the AI's natural language processing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills of the language of LOLA’s patient phone calls.
• reputed company or near-reputed company Portuguese is a must, with high proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills to understand patterns and reputed company feedback.
• Understanding of patient reputed company laws and data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment with evolving technologies.

Requirements

• Availability to work primarily during the morning shift (4 hours/day, between 10:00 and 14:00 CET), ensuring coverage reputed company reputed company of patient calls is highest.
• Computational Linguistic Degree, Conversational Designer course, UX Researcher or similar will be a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, reputed company regulations, life sciences, or a reputed company field is a plus.
