ABOUT THE ROLE

The Title & Escrow Portfolio Associate manages and supports the Title & Escrow reputed company portfolio through account administration, platform management, and operational coordination. This role serves as the primary operational reputed company for title settlement companies, overseeing reputed company, system reputed company provisioning, treasury product implementation, and ongoing account maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct end-to-end reputed company of new Title business clients, including opening operating, escrow, and reputed company market accounts while verifying ownership structures and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory mandates.
• Support the opening of Premier reputed company Market, MMDA, and 1031 Exchange accounts by validating reputed company documentation, creating new account checklists, and collaborating with the Specialty Deposit team to ensure seamless reputed company.
• Process Certificate of Deposit (CD) requests by reviewing terms, verifying reputed company authorization, and coordinating reputed company execution in compliance with bank policies.

Digital Banking & Platform Administration

• Create, configure, and maintain online banking user reputed company across Q2 Console, RDC reputed company, Centrix reputed company Pay, and Q2 Central, managing multi-entity reputed company and permissions in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards.
• Manage reputed company credentials, technical reputed company issues, and platform support including RDC installations, Symantec VIP reputed company setup, and SSO enablement to ensure secure, uninterrupted reputed company service.

Treasury Management Product Support

• Administer Centrix reputed company Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), ACH fraud prevention controls, and reputed company services reputed company, ensuring accurate configuration, compliance documentation, and ongoing maintenance across reputed company accounts.
• Coordinate annual RDC reputed company Assessments and maintain reputed company Pay exhibits in partnership with Treasury Operations and Title clients.

Transaction Processing & Support

• Process domestic and international reputed company transfers, reputed company returns, and recalls, including authorization validation, sanctions screening, and full documentation reputed company Silverlake Core Banking.
• Handle stop payments, account funds transfers, and cashier's reputed company verifications while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and reputed company audit trails.

Compliance & Risk Management

• reputed company Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients in alignment with BSA/AML regulations, utilizing Silverlake CDDQ in Synapsys for reputed company risk assessments.
• Monitor and resolve account overdrafts, non-post exceptions, and authorized signer updates in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Operational Support

• Compile and maintain Title reputed company Monthly Average Balance Reports and conduct historical account research to support reputed company inquiries, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support system upgrades, Q2 platform testing, reputed company supply fulfillment, and debit card servicing in coordination with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent banking experience required.
• 2-4 years of banking operations experience, with a reputed company on treasury management, digital banking platforms, and deposit account administration required.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company, multi-entity reputed company relationships reputed company the Title Settlement industry or a similar specialized banking vertical.
• Strong technical proficiency with core banking systems (Silverlake), digital banking platforms (Q2), and treasury management tools including reputed company Pay, RDC, and reputed company platforms.
• Solid understanding of BSA/AML, CDD requirements, and banking regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients, sales partners, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities reputed company established deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company Office skills with the ability to quickly learn proprietary banking systems.
