We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Customer Service Processor to join reputed company. This position involves administering the acceptance of assignments from reputed company/lenders, processing the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service. The position will involve processing reputed company/agent requests while managing a high call volume in a high multi-tasking environment. You will work reputed company multiple systems, utilizing reputed company/lender databases, if applicable, to execute specific lender requirements. You will also work in upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the acceptance of assignments from reputed company/lenders
- Process the assignments, processing the completion of services, and release of lender asset, upon execution of service
- Process reputed company/agent requests while managing a high call volume in a high multi-tasking environment
- Work reputed company multiple systems, utilizing reputed company/lender databases, if applicable, to execute specific lender requirements

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous collection, repossession, or automotive industry experience
