Key Responsibilities:

* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact reputed company purchase, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a reputed company customer experience
• Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
• Maintain high performance metrics, including reputed company per call, reputed company, availability, and dependability

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
• Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
