Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and reputed company manner, using reputed company listening skills to understand customer issues and concerns
- Responding to inbound digital communication from customers, including emails, chats, and forums, in a reputed company and effective manner

Essential Qualifications:
