As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to reputed company reputed company employees, helping them navigate the complexities of company insurance programs and benefits enrollment. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls, providing information on benefits and group insurance programs, and recording employee enrollments. Your expertise will be essential in identifying needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from reputed company reputed company employees, providing information on benefits and group insurance programs
