We're seeking an reputed company Member Experience Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Member Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests every visit. This includes greeting our members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections with them, ensuring problems are reported in a reputed company manner, organizing equipment, and keeping the club sparkling clean.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrates a genuine, reputed company attitude reputed company interacting with Guests and Members
- Greets guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone
- Ability to anticipate guest and member needs and respond accordingly by providing reputed company direction, accurate information, and support through our tools and technology
- Be familiar with our membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on reputed company, and class formats
- reputed company club tours following the Guest to Member reputed company, sell memberships, help members reputed company, book personal training consultations (reputed company), and sign members up for personal training
- Consistently reputed company ways to improve the Guest and Member experience by sharing member feedback with leadership and collaborate with their team to implement reputed company
- Execute daily responsibilities to arenaflex's high standards, which includes following guest and member reputed company-in processes and procedures, completing daily cleaning and reputed company club walks, restocking merchandise, and processing reputed company sales
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict reputed company skills
- Familiarity with membership sales and personal training processes
- Ability to work a reputed company of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a gym or fitness center environment
- Knowledge of fitness programs and services
