As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, addressing account inquiries, and facilitating interdepartmental communication. Your daily tasks may include:
- Handling billing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Working through a ticketing system to reputed company manage and prioritize customer requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless reputed company experiences and address customer needs
- Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a high level of care and urgency in reputed company interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Required Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fiber/wireless/voice internet service provider support environment
- Prior experience working through a ticketing system and managing customer requests
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
