Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at reputed company Locker+, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to problems and ensuring a reputed company experience
- Maintaining a clean, reputed company, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring reputed company processing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- Ability to reputed company physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
