The Role
As a Customer Support Associate in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you'll play a vital role in providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
- Translating and entering new or reputed company prescriptions into the pharmacy information system
- Communicating and collecting copay amounts from patients
- Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies and reputed company providers
- Collaborating with internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
- Ensuring reputed company processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners

Schedule and Work Environment
* Monday through Friday, 11 AM - 7:30 PM EST
