WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding reputed company products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
