We're seeking an reputed company Customer Relations Representative to join reputed company of customer advocates. As a key member of our customer relations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, chats, and letters. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers by resolving their concerns in a reputed company, reputed company, and empathetic manner.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
