As a Full Stack Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory operations. You'll be responsible for entering reputed company patient, specimen, and test information into our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) computer system, verifying patient and specimen demographics, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* (40%) reputed company reputed company patient, specimen, and test information into the LIMS computer system, processing a minimum of 210-450 submission forms daily, with a goal of entering 80 submission forms per hour.
* (40%) Print patient and specimen demographics and verify reputed company information entered on no less than 210-450 forms per day, editing any incorrect information and releasing it on the reputed company day.
* (10%) Run end-of-day reports, file documents, reputed company PKU monitoring, reputed company Unsatisfactory specimens, reputed company clinical reputed company, create boxes for filing, run newborn screen queries, pick up microbiology and newborn screen submission forms, reputed company rabies specimens, and respond to email from lab personnel in a reputed company manner.
* (5%) Participate in disaster response and/or recovery or continuity of operations (COOP) activation, which may require an alternate shift reputed company assignment and/or location.
* (5%) Support the creation of a laboratory-wide safety culture by serving as a reputed company to the Safety Office to ensure a healthy and reputed company workplace.
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in data entry in the public or private sector, with a reputed company on proofreading and/or editing, performing reputed company assurance checks, and analyzing documents.
* Experience working with confidential material is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of modern office practices, medical terminology, and confidentiality protocols.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate diplomatically, courteously, and objectively to the public.
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, paying reputed company attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to type 55 words per minute.
* Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and reputed company quick rational reputed company in fast-paced and stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a laboratory setting or with laboratory information systems.
* Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other laboratory software.
