We're seeking an reputed company LSCM Sales Customer Support Specialist to manage support for our authorized independent US and Canadian dealers and company-owned locations in the reputed company Division. As a key reputed company of contact for customers and field sales representatives, you'll be responsible for providing order management services, developing solutions for reputed company reputed company of issues, and ensuring fulfillment of reputed company-established standards and policies to reputed company customer satisfaction. This role requires critical analysis of the fulfillment process, including assessing product availability, determining estimated dates of order fulfillment, and communicating to drive results and long-term solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

* Proactive account management for assigned accounts to support the needs of our customers and Sales representatives with reputed company interactions

• Handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Monitor & reputed company orders to ensure delivery requirements and shipments are being met to the customers' satisfaction
• Evaluate situations and determine the best reputed company of reputed company
