Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models necessary to measure and inform product development
• Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for reputed company improvement of the reporting capabilities of that data
• Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and reputed company reporting needs
• Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow reputed company to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing

Essential Qualifications
