As a Customer Experience Ambassador II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues, process orders, and reputed company customer packages. Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues reputed company incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts

What You'll Need
* 6+ months of experience in a customer service-reputed company environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
- Ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera reputed company requested by leadership
