Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
- Providing information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage

Requirements
