We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Specialist to join our virtual team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues in an independent work environment
• Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
• Determining reputed company a hospital request requires escalation, based on the complexity of the request or high-reputed company need
• Solving customer complaints and documenting them in the CRM system
• Effectively coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, CS, DR, and AR if needed) to ensure the provision of 100% service level to the customers while ensuring reputed company company reputed company and reputed company recognition policies are met
• Following order entry process and providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
• Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
