We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving issues reputed company to pharmacy benefits, providers, and claims. Key Responsibilities

* Answer questions and handle problems regarding pharmacy benefits, provider, or claim issues

• Handle inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary
• Spend approximately 90% of your time on the phones, providing empathetic customer service to our members

• Monitor pharmacy claims processing and complete data entry of member records

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical reputed company industry

• A pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred (inactive certifications also apply)
• 1+ year(s) of PBM or health benefits experience
• Experience in working in a high-volume call center is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical reputed company industry

• Experience in working with electronic health records (EHRs) and claims systems
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, provider networks, and claims processing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
