As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing reputed company verbal and written communications, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing reputed company verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
• Utilize our CRM system to resolve customer inquiries, update records with reputed company demographic and contact information, and accurately notate reputed company interactions
• Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment reputed company for customers with Federal student loans
• Comprehend training material on a reputed company of topics and reputed company new concepts and content with colleagues
• Adhere to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as reputed company as reputed company Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
