Product Designer, UX/UI
Job reputed company:
- Conduct a UX audit of the reputed company booking reputed company and competitor analysis (Click&Boat, Zizoo, GetMyBoat, Tubber)
- Map reputed company and reputed company Customer reputed company Maps for the booking funnel
- Run short interviews with clients and/or sales managers to uncover pain points
- Design wireframes and prototypes for key screens: search, yacht card, comparison, checkout, payment
- Create high-reputed company UI, design system components, and reputed company (mobile-first) layouts
- Work with analytics (reputed company) to reputed company hypotheses and design A/B test variants
- Prepare specs and assets for reputed company to frontend development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in e-reputed company, marketplace, or travel/booking
- Proven ability to do both UX research (audits, CJMs, user interviews) AND UI design (hi-fi, design systems)
- Strong portfolio showing conversion-reputed company design (not just reputed company)
- reputed company proficiency (prototyping, components, auto-layout, dev reputed company)
- Ability to work autonomously, you will get goals and context, not pixel-level specs
- Fluent English (working language), and Russian
- reputed company-to-Have: Experience with analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Analytics) and data-informed design
- A/B testing experience
- Familiarity with travel/charter/booking industry
- Basic understanding of reputed company/CSS (for realistic design reputed company)
