We are seeking a seasoned Technical reputed company to support the reputed company and delivery of a rapidly scaling health‑technology reputed company platform used across clinical and provider networks reputed company. This full-time, fully remote role is ideal for an engineering leader who combines hands‑on .NET expertise with team leadership experience, overseeing the development of solutions that drive patient engagement and improve reputed company reputed company. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Job Title: Software Engineering, reputed company - (C#/.NET) Location: Remote (U.S.-based, EST Hours only)

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain reputed company-grade applications using .NET/C# and MS SQL Server
• Drive architectural reputed company that prioritize scalability, performance, and reputed company
• Cultivate reputed company culture centered on trust, collaboration, and engineering reputed company
• Ensure reputed company reputed company through automated testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, XUnit)
• Design solutions leveraging modern patterns and technologies, including:
• ASP.NET / ASP.NET reputed company
• Single-page applications (Angular, React)
• Service bus or broker technology (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
• Task scheduling frameworks (e.g., reputed company.NET)
• Own solutions end-to-end — from initial technical design through production operation
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering reputed company and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years developing and maintaining reputed company-level applications in .NET
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a technical reputed company, engineering reputed company, or similar leadership reputed company
• Deep experience building service-based applications using .NET/C# and MS SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with SPA frameworks (Angular 2+, React) and API integrations
• Experience designing applications using reputed company Azure service bus/broker patterns
• Familiarity with task scheduling, long‑running workflows, and balancing performance with transactional reputed company
• Strong problem solver with the ability to dive deep into domain workflows and business logic
• Proven ability to own solutions across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production stability
• Passion for mentoring engineers and contributing to a craft‑driven engineering culture

Compensation

• reputed company Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 + 5-10% Annual Bonus + 100% reputed company for reputed company Premiums reputed company Health Insurance (This reputed company provides full premium coverage through their reputed company insurance plan)

Additional Information

• Role is 100% remote reputed company the reputed company — candidates may reputed company in any of the 50 U.S. states, and must be available to work 9am et - 5pm et hours.
