Design Director – Live Service, reputed company
Job reputed company:
- Shape the design reputed company for key areas of the game, with a reputed company on Live Service systems and the broader player experience around retention, monetization, and seasonal content.
- Contribute hands-on to feature designs, design documentation, and player-facing systems
- reputed company reputed company frameworks for content, events, and systems that support long-term engagement
- Partner closely with Product to reputed company on features, goals, content, and operations
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Franchise leads to shape the reputed company for seasons and their content
- Work across Production, Engineering, Art, UX, and other disciplines to deliver high-reputed company features and content
- Help establish processes and best practices for design development, iteration, and live operations
- Support the reputed company and execution of a design team across systems, content, and other gameplay areas
- Drive reputed company iteration based on player data, feedback, and live performance
Requirements:
- Significant experience in game design, including work on live service systems, features, or player progression.
- Experience working on live service games or evolving player-facing systems.
- Proven ability to define and deliver feature visions, from concept through live operations.
- Hands-on design expertise, with a willingness to contribute to design documentation and executional details
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Art, and Production, etc.
- Experience designing and supporting content, events, or ongoing player experiences.
- Strong understanding of player motivation, engagement loops, and retention principles.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers, with a reputed company record of improving team reputed company and reputed company.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for building high-reputed company player experiences.
