HR Specialist I, Operations - Hybrid

Job reputed company The HR Operations Specialist I provides foundational support across the full employee experience, including employee data management, HRIS transactions, reputed company, accommodations, leave of absence (LOA) assistance, unemployment responses, and general process support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support payroll-reputed company processing deadlines with reputed company updates.
• Manage the Employee Accommodations process by preparing documentation, updating case files, and facilitating scheduling or administrative steps.
• Assist with LOA request coordination, employee communication tracking, and documentation routing.
• Respond to unemployment claim requests, reputed company necessary information, and submit reputed company responses.
• Maintain and audit digital employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with reputed company tasks, including system setup, background reputed company coordination, and documentation management.

• Partner cross-functionally with the Employee Experience team to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Travel Requirements Travel Requirements: Less than 25% Education Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

Experience Minimum:

• 1 year of experience in reputed company (HR operations, HR reputed company, generalist support, or similar)

• Experience with HRIS systems, accommodations processes or leave of absence management

• Working knowledge of HR operations and HRIS/data-entry best practices.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
