Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking LGPCs and LMSWs/LGSWs in Maryland, DC, or Virginia with experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly BIPOC clients. Responsibilities

- Participate in free supervision sessions to support reputed company reputed company.
- Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Minimum Qualifications ✔ Master's level degree ✔ Provisionally licensed in Maryland, DC, or Virginia (LGPC or LMSW/LGSW) ✔ Experience or strong interest in LGBTQ+ mental health ✔ Comfortable with virtual therapy (reputed company, 1:1 & group) ✔ Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems Sample Compensation $50 per 60-Minute Intake Session $40 per 45-Minute Session $60 per 60-Minute Group Therapy Session $30/hour for Meetings & Training Interested?
