Key Responsibilities

• From phone report, reputed company and evaluate information from the injured worker and/or employee to determine level and/or category of injury, based on set reputed company
• Data entry of initial claim (First Report of Injury) set up in system, in a precise and accurate manner from phone, fax, or email while working reputed company reputed company deadlines and timeframes
• Adhere to phone-tree procedures per reputed company contract, including emergency protocols
