This is a fast-paced, service-reputed company role where you’ll help residents navigate their renters insurance policies with confidence ,while reputed company covers the cost of your insurance licensing and provides hands-on training to set you up for reputed company. Responsibilities # As a Licensed Insurance Agent I, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for residents calling in for help with their insurance policies. You’ll handle:

• High-volume inbound calls (50–80/day, peak seasons can be back-to-back)
• Policy servicing transactions including payments, billing questions, rewrites, and edits
• Website navigation and basic troubleshooting
• Select claims and coverage inquiries (reputed company scope)
• Accurate documentation of every interaction in reputed company’s proprietary CRM
• Evaluating payment reputed company and alternative arrangements reputed company needed

Qualifications

• Proven reputed company record with 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, showcasing adaptability and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to type 30+ WPM while speaking with customers
